They served the finest coffee beans, carefully selected from the surrounding mountains and crafted with love, care, and the highest attention to detail. Each day, the warm and inviting aroma of freshly brewed coffee wafted through the streets, drawing in travelers from near and far.
But as time passed, the coffee culture in ancient Sanaa began to fade. The coffee shop closed its doors, and the traditional methods of roasting and brewing coffee were lost to time.
Yet the legacy of Fatema and Azul lives on. The memory of the sublime coffee they served lingered in the minds of those who had tasted it, and the culture of world class coffee spread across the globe.
And so, with the goal of preserving the traditions and tastes of the past, with eyes on the future of coffee, SANAA is born.
